How to design my own jewelry

To design your own jewelry please fill out the form below and write "Request for design my own jewelry" in the message box, or you may email us directly (please write "Request for design my own jewelry" as email subject). Our customer service agents will respond within 48 hours to discuss the details of your dream jewelry. Once you received our respond we will start the custom design jewelry process.

1. Please send us your photos or sketches we will get in touch with you to the details of your design.

2. Once you confirmed all the custom design details, we will promptly send you the quote sheets with the estimated total cost for your jewelry piece.

 

3. Once you have approved the design details and estimated total cost for your jewelry, we will create an invoice for you. After payment is complete, we will send you the CAD (Computer Aided Design) for your review.

​

4. Your custom designed jewelry will now move into production after the CAD has been approved. The production process typically takes 14-20 days, depending on the complexity level of the design. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

5. When your custom designed jewelry is being made, we will send you pictures of the finished product for your approval.

​

6. Once your jewelry is approved, we will promptly ship your dream piece right to your doorstep. 

​

7. You can proudly name your jewelry, and we will ask for your permission to list your jewelry design on our website for other customer to inspirate and purchase.
